Utah Telehealth · Membership Care
Hormone therapy isn't a last resort. It's where modern menopause care begins. Personal, ongoing care for women across Utah, from a provider who actually listens.
Sound familiar?
The shifts of perimenopause and menopause are real — and they're treatable. You don't have to push through them alone.
The part nobody brings up
They're among the most common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, and the least discussed. Painful sex, dryness, and a libido that quietly disappeared are not things you're expected to live with. They respond well to treatment, from vaginal estrogen and DHEA to testosterone when it's the right fit. At Auréen Health they're part of the conversation from your very first visit, not a topic you have to work up the courage to raise.
If you recognize yourself here, you're in the right place.

How it works
01 · Intake visit
A full hour to cover your complete history, your symptoms, and your goals. In most cases you leave with treatment started that same day. We draw comprehensive baseline labs the same week.
02 · Membership begins
Membership begins the day treatment starts. Six-month initial commitment, then month-to-month. Hormone therapy takes a few months to fine-tune, and the commitment reflects how long real results take.
03 · Labs & fine-tuning
Four to six weeks in, we review your baseline labs and adjust your treatment. This follow-up is included in your membership — like every visit, message, and dose change from day one.
Membership
A one-time $295 intake to begin. Then one monthly fee that covers your visits, your messaging, and your prescribing — no à la carte fees.
Your menopause clinician, on retainer — starting day one.
Everything in the Menopause Membership, plus medical weight management.
As your care stabilizes, so does your price.
Initial six-month commitment — hormone therapy takes a few months to dial in, and I'd rather get it right than rush it — then month-to-month, cancel anytime. Labs are billed to you by the lab and can usually go through your insurance.
If you're primarily seeking medical weight loss and don't need menopause care, I'm glad to help on a simple per-visit basis: $295 initial consultation, then $175 per follow-up — typically monthly while we adjust your medication. For weight medications, we'll review your baseline labs before your first dose; it's the safe way to start.
One thing I'll mention: many women discover during our work together that perimenopause is part of the picture. If that's you, membership may serve you better — and we'll talk about it honestly when the time comes.
Why membership
Most women are given a few minutes, a brush-off, and a prescription. Membership buys back the one thing midlife care actually requires — time, and a provider who knows you.
A full hour to start, and unhurried follow-ups. We go as deep as your care needs.
You see me every visit. No rotating faces, no repeating your story to a stranger.
Hormone therapy and weight care grounded in the current science — personalized to you.
What I treat with
No single protocol fits every woman. We start from your symptoms, history, and goals — then build a plan from the options that fit them.

Beyond hormones
Hormone therapy isn't right for everyone, and not every option here will be part of your plan. We decide that together.
Meet your provider
I'm a Nurse Practitioner with thirteen years in healthcare, including five years in hormone therapy, internal medicine, and sexual health at Intermountain Health. I loved the work. What I didn't love was the rushed, fifteen-minute visits — because midlife care takes more than fifteen minutes. Most women are candidates for hormone therapy; almost none are offered it. I founded Auréen Health to close that gap: with time, attention, and a plan built around you.
My approach is evidence-based and whole-body: hormone therapy, medical weight management, and the lifestyle foundations that help you feel steady again. I'm completing my Menopause Society Certification (MSCP) in 2026, and I see every patient myself — the same provider, every visit.
Questions
Not at all. Perimenopause symptoms often begin years before your cycle changes, and they're frequently missed or blamed on stress. If something feels off, it's worth a conversation.
For most women, yes. Menopause is a clinical diagnosis — it's made from your history and symptoms, not a blood test. If your symptoms and history point clearly to menopause and there's no safety reason to wait, we start that day. Your labs establish your baseline and rule out look-alikes like thyroid conditions — they run in parallel, not as a gate. If your picture genuinely needs lab results first, I'll tell you exactly that at your intake, and we'll get you in as soon as they're back.
Not for visits or membership — Auréen Health is a cash-pay practice, which is what lets us offer unhurried visits and direct access to your provider. But your insurance can still work for you: labs and medications typically go through your insurance as usual. For visits, we're happy to provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Membership fees aren't eligible for reimbursement.
Good hormone care takes time. Finding your right dose isn't instant — we start treatment, review your labs at four to six weeks, adjust, and give your body time to settle into the results. The initial six months lets us do that properly. After that, your membership is month-to-month.
No. Pellets can push hormone levels higher than intended, and the dose can't be easily adjusted once implanted. I use FDA-approved options like patches, gels, and oral formulations, where we can fine-tune your dose as your body responds.
Everywhere you are in Utah. Auréen Health is fully virtual — we meet by secure video, wherever you're comfortable. No office, no commute, no waiting room. I'm based in Salt Lake County and see women across the entire state: Salt Lake City, Provo, Lehi, Draper, Ogden, Park City, Logan, St. George, and everywhere in between. Care fits around your work and your family rather than the other way around.
