Appointment scheduling on this website is provided through an embedded calendar operated by CharmHealth (MedicalMine Inc.), our electronic health record and practice management vendor. Information you enter when booking — such as your name, contact information, and appointment type — is collected and processed by CharmHealth on our behalf and stored securely in our practice management system.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) automatically logs certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the website.
Cookies and tracking. We do not use advertising pixels, social media trackers, or third-party analytics tools on this website. The website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function, including those set by the embedded CharmHealth scheduling calendar.
